The titanium rod filter uses a titanium powder sintered filter element, which is generally used for coarse filtration or intermediate filtration. The filter element has the advantages of high precision, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, and the outer casing material is 316L or 304 stainless steel. GMP compliant.
Cleaning method After using the titanium rod filter for a period of time, a certain degree of clogging will occur, and the flow rate will decrease, and the pressure at the front end of the filter will increase. For example, if it is raised from 0.22 mPa or more to 0.3 mPa or more, the filter element should be cleaned. Cleaning methods generally have the following types:
1. For the newly used filter element, it is generally cleaned by water recoil and gas backflushing method, that is, it is cleaned by water injection with a slightly larger amount than the working pressure (for example, 0.3 mPa). The recoil time is about 1~3 minutes.
2. For multiple backwashing, when the filtration effect is not obvious, use 5% or less hydrochloric acid solution, or 8% or less sulfuric acid solution, or 10% or less NaoH solution at room temperature, then rinse with water. . The specific choice of pickling or caustic washing should be based on the choice of impurities in the filtrate that are readily soluble in acids or bases.
